List a Calendly user’s internal and external busy times.
calendly.listUserBusyTimes accepts a user URI and an RFC 3339 UTC window of at most seven days.

calendly, external, or reserved blocks and include buffer times or a scheduled event URI when applicable. The action rejects reversed or overlong ranges before calling Calendly.
