On Close lead created

close.onLeadCreated run when Close creates a lead.

Optional static account selects a named Close binding; the project binding is the default. Automate.ax creates and maintains the Close webhook and verifies each delivery with Close’s signing secret. Returns a CloseEvent whose data is the created CloseLead. This also matches the broad Close event trigger. All semantic events preserve the shared Close event envelope.
