On Close task deleted

close.onTaskDeleted run when Close deletes any task subtype.

Optional static account selects a named Close binding; the project binding is the default. Automate.ax creates and maintains the Close webhook and verifies each delivery with Close’s signing secret. Returns a CloseEvent whose data is null. Use objectId and objectType to identify the deleted task and its subtype. All semantic events preserve the shared Close event envelope.
