On HighLevel conversation unread state updated

Use highlevel.onConversationUnreadUpdated to run when a conversation’s unread state changes.

HighLevel triggers require OAuth because HighLevel sends marketplace webhooks for an installed app. Optional static account selects a named OAuth binding; the project binding is the default.

Trigger data

Returns the typed ConversationUnreadUpdate webhook payload. Every event includes type, locationId, timestamp, and webhookId; entity events include the affected record fields supplied by HighLevel. Appointment events place appointment details under appointment. Automate.ax verifies HighLevel’s Ed25519 signature against the exact request body, rejects deliveries outside a five-minute replay window, and deduplicates retries by webhookId.
