Delete one MillionVerifier bulk verification file.
millionVerifier.deleteFile deletes an uploaded bulk verification file.

fileId as a string or number. An optional second argument { account } selects a named MillionVerifier binding. The action returns no value after MillionVerifier accepts the deletion.
Deletion changes provider state, so the action does not retry automatically after an indeterminate failure.
