On Resend event

resend.onEvent handles every supported email, contact, domain, and suppression event. Prefer a family or semantic trigger when the automation only needs one category.

Optional static account: string | IntegrationAccountReference<"resend"> defaults to the project binding. Returns the matching email, contact, domain, or suppression event, with the provider envelope preserved in event.
