Generates a sound effect from a text description.
elevenLabs.createSoundEffect requires text. modelId defaults to eleven_text_to_sound_v2, outputFormat to mp3_44100_128, promptInfluence to 0.3, and loop to false. durationSeconds can be 0.5–30 seconds. It returns a generated File.
