Converts text to an audio file with an ElevenLabs voice.
elevenLabs.createSpeech requires text and voiceId. modelId defaults to eleven_multilingual_v2, outputFormat to mp3_44100_128, applyTextNormalization to auto, and enableLogging to true. Optional inputs include languageCode, voiceSettings, seed, request IDs, and surrounding text. It returns a generated File.
