List and filter deployments in a GitHub repository.
github.listDeployments lists repository deployments.

owner and repository. Optional filters are sha, ref, task, and environment. Pagination defaults to page 1 with 30 results. Returns each deployment’s id, ref, and environment. Requires Deployments read permission.
