On GitHub deployment status event

github.onDeploymentStatusEvent handles every delivered deployment status.

Returns the deployment and its new deployment_status, including state, environment, description, URLs, creator, and timestamps. A waiting state means the deployment is waiting for an environment protection rule, such as a required reviewer. GitHub does not emit this webhook for inactive statuses. Requires Deployments read permission.
