square.onCardForgotten subscribes to card.forgotten for the selected seller. It requires PAYMENTS_READ.

Published when a card is GDPR forgotten or vaulted. The signal resolves to the official Square.CardForgottenEvent payload with type narrowed to card.forgotten.
