square.onGiftCardCreated subscribes to gift_card.created for the selected seller. It requires GIFTCARDS_READ.

A digital gift card was created or a physical gift card was registered. The signal resolves to the official Square.GiftCardCreatedEvent payload with type narrowed to gift_card.created.
