Create delivery quote

uber.createDeliveryQuote returns Uber’s fee and timing estimate for a delivery without dispatching a courier.

pickup and dropoff each require an address: either a single-line string or an object with streetAddress (one or two lines), city, state, zipCode, and country. Use the same format when you create the delivery; Uber can reject a delivery whose address format differs from its quote. Each waypoint also accepts latitude, longitude, phoneNumber, readyAt, and deadlineAt. Set manifestTotalValue in cents for more accurate pricing. If you plan to pass externalStoreId when creating the delivery, pass it here too. The quote includes id, fee in cents, currencyType, expires, dropoffEta, duration, and pickupDuration in minutes. A quote expires after about 15 minutes. Pass its id as quoteId to Create delivery to lock in the quoted fee. Leave every time window empty for an ASAP delivery. Uber requires pickup.deadlineAt to be at least 10 minutes after pickup.readyAt and at least 20 minutes from now, and dropoff.deadlineAt to be at least 20 minutes after dropoff.readyAt and no earlier than the pickup deadline.
