Update delivery

uber.updateDelivery edits a delivery that is already in progress and returns the updated delivery.

deliveryId is required. pickup accepts notes, readyAt, deadlineAt, and barcodes. dropoff also accepts latitude and longitude. manifestReference replaces the reference shown to the courier. Uber allows each change only during part of the delivery:

Pickup notes, dropoff coordinates, and manifestReference can change until the courier is about to arrive at pickup.
Time windows can change until the courier completes the pickup.
Dropoff notes can change until the courier is about to arrive at the dropoff.
Barcodes can change until the courier is about to arrive at that waypoint.
tip sets a new total tip in cents. Uber accepts only increases, from the time the courier starts the dropoff until three weeks after completion.

Uber returns invalid_params when a field can no longer change.
