Invite organization member

uber.inviteOrganizationMember invites someone to the Uber Direct dashboard and returns their membershipId.

email, firstName, lastName, and at least one role are required. ROLE_ADMIN has full dashboard access, including billing, developer settings, and users. ROLE_EMPLOYEE can create deliveries and view past ones. ROLE_SUPPORT can view and edit existing deliveries. organizationId defaults to the connected customer ID. Use roleAssignments to limit a role to one organization or to one store identified by organizationId and externalStoreId. phoneDetails takes digits only in countryCode, subscriberNumber, and the full phoneNumber.
