On initiative removed - Automate.ax

linear.onInitiativeRemoved handles initiative removed in the connected Linear workspace.

Initiative events expose workspace ownership, labels, health, and target-date state directly from Linear. Resource objects and the webhook envelope retain extra Linear fields.
