On issue label created - Automate.ax

linear.onIssueLabelCreated handles issue label created in the connected Linear workspace.

Issue labels can be workspace-wide or team-specific. parentId identifies grouped label hierarchies. Resource objects and the webhook envelope retain extra Linear fields.
