On project update event - Automate.ax

linear.onProjectUpdateEvent handles project update changes in the connected Linear workspace.

Optional static account defaults to the project binding. Linear webhook triggers require an OAuth connection with read access. The workspace can’t change at runtime.

Project updates carry the Markdown body, health snapshot, computed diff, author, and parent project IDs. Resource objects and the webhook envelope retain extra Linear fields.
