type is one of sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained, unsubscribed, or suppressed. bounceType is valid only for bounced recipients. Returned bounce types are normalized to lowercase permanent, transient, or undetermined; the field is null or omitted when Resend does not provide it. Results may be cached by Resend for 15 minutes. Optional second argument { account } selects the Resend account binding.
