resend.listContactImports({ status?, limit?, after?, before? }) lists imports. Status is queued, in_progress, completed, or failed; limit accepts 1–100 and cursors are mutually exclusive. Each result includes normalized timestamps. Resend provides row counts after an import completes or fails, so they can be absent while work is queued or in progress.
