List suppressed Resend recipients.
resend.listSuppressions lists suppressed recipients with optional origin filtering.

origin accepts bounce, complaint, or manual. limit accepts 1–100; use either after or before, but not both. Each item includes the address, origin, creation time, and nullable source ID.
