Lists booking types for one TidyCal team.
tidyCal.listTeamBookingTypes lists a team’s scheduling pages.

teamId is required and page defaults to 1. The result contains items using the same booking-type shape as listBookingTypes. TidyCal may omit paymentPlatform for free team booking types.
