Removes a user from a TidyCal team.
tidyCal.removeTeamUser removes one team-user record.

id from listTeamUsers or teamUserId from addTeamUser, not an account user ID. The result contains TidyCal’s confirmation message. Removing a missing or already-removed user fails.
