Lists bookings for one TidyCal team.
tidyCal.listTeamBookings lists bookings owned by one team.

teamId is required. Optional filters are startDate, endDate, contact email, hostId, cancelled, and page, which defaults to 1. The result contains items using the same complete booking shape as listBookings.
