On WhatsApp message played

whatsapp.onMessagePlayed handles WhatsApp’s played status for audio messages.

Optional static account defaults to the project’s WhatsApp binding. Trigger data has status: "played" and includes message and recipient IDs, timestamp, callback data, conversation, pricing, structured errors, and the providerEvent described by the broad status trigger. WhatsApp emits this status for supported audio messages. Other message types don’t produce a played event.
