Optional static account defaults to the project’s WhatsApp binding. Trigger data has status: "read" and includes message and recipient IDs, timestamp, callback data, conversation, pricing, structured errors, and the providerEvent described by the broad status trigger. Read receipts depend on the recipient’s privacy settings, and WhatsApp might not emit one for every delivered message.
