On WhatsApp message read

onWhatsAppMessageRead starts an automation when WhatsApp reports a read receipt for a message.

Optional static account defaults to the project’s WhatsApp binding. The signal has status: "read" and includes the message and recipient IDs, timestamp, callback data, conversation, pricing, structured errors, and providerEvent described by the broad status trigger. Read receipts depend on the recipient’s privacy settings and may not be emitted for every delivered message.
