Get campaign performance - Automate.ax

Use googleAds.getCampaignPerformance to report common performance metrics by Google Ads campaign.

Inputs

Set the customer and inclusive ISO date range. pageToken continues the same report. All customer-scoped actions accept optional loginCustomerId for manager-account access and a named Google account binding.
