Update campaign asset - Automate.ax

Use googleAds.updateCampaignAsset to enable or pause an asset link without changing the underlying asset.

Set customer, canonical campaign asset resource name, and ENABLED or PAUSED. All customer-scoped actions accept optional loginCustomerId for manager-account access and a named Google account binding.
