Update campaign budget - Automate.ax

Use googleAds.updateCampaignBudget to update selected Google Ads campaign-budget fields.

Inputs

Set customer, canonical resource name, and at least one mutable budget field. Micros are decimal strings. All customer-scoped actions accept optional loginCustomerId for manager-account access and a named Google account binding.
