Inputs

Set customerId; optionally set loginCustomerId and pageToken. Google fixes search pages at 10,000 rows. All customer-scoped actions accept optional loginCustomerId for manager-account access and a named Google account binding.

Returns { items, nextPageToken?, totalResultsCount? } with ad status, URLs, headlines, and descriptions.
