Remove campaign budget - Automate.ax

Use googleAds.removeCampaignBudget to remove an unused Google Ads campaign budget.

Inputs

Set customer and canonical budget resource name. Google rejects removal while the budget remains in use. All customer-scoped actions accept optional loginCustomerId for manager-account access and a named Google account binding.
