Hide Instagram comment

metaAds.hideInstagramComment hides a comment on the account’s Instagram media.

automations/meta-ads-hide-instagram-comment.automation.ts

import { automation, onDashboardRun } from "automate.ax"
import { metaAds } from "automate.ax/meta-ads"

export default automation("Hide Instagram comment", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Hide Instagram comment" })
  metaAds.hideInstagramComment({ commentId: "comment-id" })
})

Comments by the media owner always stay visible, and live-video comments can’t be hidden. Hiding is safe to retry; use Unhide Instagram comment to restore it. Optional second argument { account } selects a static project account binding. Returns success. The action needs instagram_basic, instagram_manage_comments, pages_read_engagement, and pages_show_list.
