Remove audience users

metaAds.removeAudienceUsers removes user rows from a custom audience.

Use the same normalization, hashing, schema, and column order used when adding rows. Optional second argument { account } selects a static project account binding. Returns the audience ID and number of received rows. Replaying the same rows is safe.
