List Messenger conversations

metaAds.listMessengerConversations lists a Facebook Page’s Messenger conversations.

Pass userId, a PSID, to find the conversation with one person. limit defaults to 25. Meta omits Requests-folder conversations that are inactive for 30 days and limits this edge to 2 calls per second per Page. Optional second argument { account } selects a static project account binding. Returns conversations with id and updatedTime, plus a pageInfo cursor. The action needs pages_manage_metadata, pages_messaging, pages_read_engagement, and pages_show_list.
