metaAds.replyToPageComment publishes a public reply to a Facebook Page comment as the Page.

Everyone who can see the post can see the reply. Use Private reply to Page comment for details that belong in a private conversation. Optional second argument { account } selects a static project account binding. Returns the new comment’s id. Replies aren’t replay-safe; an ambiguous failure isn’t retried automatically, so check the thread before you retry. The action needs pages_manage_engagement, pages_read_user_content, and pages_show_list.
