Get one Vercel team by ID.
vercel.getTeam gets a team. OAuth accounts default to the team selected during installation.

teamId with an access token or to override the OAuth installation team. Personal-scope accounts without teamId fail because this endpoint is team-only. Returns Vercel’s full team object.
