listVercelProjects lists projects in a personal account or team.

limit defaults to 20 and accepts 1–100. from accepts Vercel’s continuation token; search filters names and repository filters a provider repository path or URL. teamId overrides the OAuth installation team. The output contains typed projects and pagination data.
