List the connected Vercel user’s teams.
vercel.listTeams returns the connected user’s teams.

limit defaults to 20 and accepts 1–100. Optional millisecond timestamps since and until filter creation time. Second argument { account } selects the binding. The output contains Vercel’s teams and pagination fields.
