Restore an archived Linear issue.
linear.unarchiveIssue restores an archived issue.

issueId accepts a UUID or identifier. Optional second argument { account } defaults to the project binding. Returns the restored LinearIssue. Recently deleted items may follow different provider retention and restoration rules than normally archived issues.
