updateProject changes selected project fields.

projectId is a UUID or slug. Optional fields are color, content, description, icon, leadId, memberIds, name, priority, startDate, legacy state, statusId, targetDate, teamIds, and account. Nullable content, icon, lead, and date fields accept null to clear. memberIds and teamIds replace their complete sets; teamIds, when supplied, must be non-empty. Returns the updated LinearProject.
