Deactivate a Brevo transactional email template.
brevo.deactivateEmailTemplate prevents new sends without deleting the template or its history.

templateId: number | string. The optional second argument { account } selects the Brevo binding. The action returns Signal<void>. Existing sent messages and their events remain available. Sends that reference an inactive template fail.
