Rename or move a Brevo contact list.
brevo.updateContactList changes a list’s name, parent folder, or both without changing its contact memberships.

list: string | number and a new non-empty name, a target folder name/ID, or both. Second argument { account } selects the Brevo binding. Names resolve by case-insensitive exact match and must be unambiguous.
Returns Signal<void> after Brevo accepts the update.
