brevo.listConsentGroups list consent groups through the Brevo API.

Inputs and output

Inputs: optional positive id, non-empty name, and signupMode of manual or automatic. limit defaults to 10 with a maximum of 50; offset defaults to 0. Pagination metadata and matching consent groups. Consent Groups is plan-gated by Brevo. Pass { account } as the second argument to select a named Brevo account binding.
