Inputs and output

Inputs: positive campaignId; emailTo accepts up to 50 valid emails and defaults to an empty array. Completes after Brevo accepts the test. An empty emailTo uses the Brevo test list. Brevo limits test volume. Pass { account } as the second argument to select a named Brevo account binding.
