Permanently delete a Brevo contact by email, ID, phone, or external ID.
brevo.deleteContact removes the entire contact record rather than only a subscription or list membership.

identifier: string | number. Optional identifierType is one of the types on Get contact. The optional second argument { account } selects the Brevo binding. Returns Signal<void> after Brevo accepts the permanent deletion. Campaign history may remain subject to Brevo retention and compliance rules.
