Delete a Brevo contact list while preserving its contacts.
brevo.deleteContactList removes the list and its memberships but preserves its contacts.

list: string | number. The optional second argument { account } selects the Brevo binding. Returns Signal<void>. Use brevo.deleteContact separately only when you want to remove the underlying contact records permanently.
