Microsoft Outlook

Import Outlook actions and triggers from automate.ax/outlook. They use the shared Microsoft connection and expose normalized camelCase message, folder, recipient, and attachment shapes. Action inputs accept plain values or compatible signals, while triggers return message signals.

Accounts

Leave account unset to use the project’s default Microsoft binding, or use microsoftAccount for a named binding. See Integration accounts. Trigger account selection is static. Outlook message IDs and conversation IDs are different. Actions on one message use messageId; conversationId groups related mail but is not accepted as a message ID.

Read and search

List, search, and retrieve messages and folders.

Organize

Update read state, flags, categories, and folders.

Attachments

List, download, add, and remove attachments.
