Complete an Outlook message’s follow-up flag.
outlook.completeMessageFlag changes the follow-up status to complete.

messageId identifies the message. Optional second argument { account } selects the Microsoft binding. Returns the updated OutlookMessage, including the flag status and any completion timestamp supplied by Graph.
