Import Apollo actions from automate.ax/apollo. Action inputs accept plain values or compatible signals. The integration distinguishes Apollo’s prospect database from resources saved in your workspace:
  • People and organizations are Apollo intelligence records. Search results are intentionally sparse; enrichment can reveal complete data and consume credits.
  • Contacts and accounts are records saved in your Apollo workspace. They can have owners, stages, lists, custom fields, sequences, and tasks.

Accounts and references

Leave account unset to use the project’s default Apollo binding. Most inputs that identify a workspace resource accept its ID, an exact name/email/domain, or { id: "..." }. Plain strings are resolved semantically and fail when no unique exact match exists; { id } skips lookup and is preferable when you already have the canonical ID. Apollo availability and credit use depend on the connected plan and scopes. Search and enrichment are deliberately separate so a broad search does not accidentally consume enrichment credits.
