Activate an inactive Apollo sequence with at least one step.
apollo.activateSequence activates a sequence selected by exact name, ID, or { id }.

sequence. Optional second argument { account } selects the binding. Returns a mutation receipt with sequenceId, returned steps, and optional active, archived, deleted, and scheduled-contact state. Apollo rejects activation when the sequence has no step or otherwise fails approval.
